This website is directed to viewers in the United States.  The personal information we collect about you on this site will reside in the United States.  We may transfer your personal information to other countries where we do business for the purposes described above.  The laws of the United States and other countries to which we may transfer your personal information may not provide a level of protection equivalent to the laws in your home country.  When we transfer your information to other countries, we will protect that information as described here unless otherwise required by applicable laws.

7. How Can I Change My Communications Preferences?

9. Do You Have Any Special Rights Under California Law?

California law permits Ultra Unlimited’s customers (not simply website visitors) who are California residents to obtain a list of personal information that Ultra Unlimited may have disclosed to other Ultra Unlimited companies for marketing purposes or to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.  Ultra Unlimited does not share personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.  However, we may share personal information with some same-branded affiliates for those affiliates’ direct marketing purposes.  If you are a California resident and make a request by phone, by mail or by email to the address provided below, Ultra Unlimited will provide you with the general list of information shared and the number of same-branded affiliates with which it is shared.  We will respond to these requests for the list within 30 days.
